The Events Cabinet is a creative agency of the FMK bringing together students of different years and study programmes with the aim of creating a space for those who are interested in gaining experience in creating and organising events during their studies. Within a specific event, they are divided into several functional teams in groups to work on an assignment.
In the event cabinet, students learn how to plan the overall concept of events, develop creative marketing campaigns, communicate with the target audience as well as other publics, organize the program structure and sponsorship of the event. They can also develop their talents in photography, video production, article writing, moderation or graphic design.
Currently, the Events Cabinet organises the following events:
- Start with Yourself - includes events to develop ecological thinking.
- Christmas - Christmas market and programme.
- Ski Haul - the most traditional sport-team building faculty event with a long tradition.
- UCM Night Run - a sports running event dedicated to UCM students, Trnava women and Trnava citizens. The aim of the UCM Night Run is to highlight the importance of active sport while offering the beauty of the historic city centre in the evening. The event is also intended to bring the students closer to the public and to show the residents of Trnava that they can organize an interesting and beneficial event for their city.

The main part of the cabinet's activities is the transmission of cultural and social events, such as live streaming or multi-camera filming with live editing and additional post-production. Students can learn these skills directly in real practice.
The projects that the cabinet has participated in are, for example, recordings of theatre performances, live broadcasts of conferences, recordings of music concerts and other activities. The Cabinet regularly cooperates, for example, with the Slovak Cycling Association, for which it prepares online broadcasts of races.
Head of the Cabinet: PhDr. Vladimíra Hladíková, PhD.
The Cabinet of Physical Education and Sport is intended for all sports enthusiasts at the Faculty of FMK. Students can choose it from the second year of Bachelor studies in the MARK and KOMU study programmes.
The sports activities also include a fitness centre and a swimming pool at the MTF. The cabinet covers all the equipment and sports equipment available to the students.
All sports activities take place in the gymnasium at JAME. The cabinet is an elective course for which the student has two credits and two absences are allowed. The selection process takes place in the first two weeks of the academic year where the student/athlete chooses a sport and then demonstrates athletic eligibility.

- within the cabinet, students can participate in the following sports: badminton, table tennis, floorball, volleyball, circuit training.
Head of the cabinet: PhDr. Vladimíra Hladíková, PhD.
Two types of physical activities are available to students in the physical activity cabinet - yoga and zumba. These sports activities take place in the JAME gymnasium once a week according to the valid timetable in the respective semester.
"Thanks to the support from the faculty (especially the technical equipment - sound system, microphone, as well as small prizes and raffle gifts), the cabinet can regularly carry out its classes, as well as organize thematic events and events," says Vladimíra Hladíková, head of the cabinet.
The Cabinet creates conditions and space for the development of physical activities of both female and male students and is primarily focused on spiritual relaxation. However, it also offers opportunities for relaxation, fun and networking through a combination of unique physical activities and mental relaxation.
In addition to traditional sporting events (Christmas yoga, St. Nicholas Zumba, spring yoga, and others), the cabinet also focuses on the mental balance of both male and female students. Occasionally, it also conducts professional lectures on mental health, stress elimination and coping with everyday problems.
"I started spreading yoga in the university environment because I felt the need to share the benefits that yoga offers to students. Young people are in a great position to learn proper posture and breathing exercises, which can significantly improve their physical as well as mental state during their studies," says Martina Kulisiević, a lecturer and accredited yoga instructor.
The cabinet offers the following activities:
- Yoga with Mel (martina.kulisievicova@ucm.sk).
- Zumba (vladimira.hladikova@ucm.sk).
- Participation and organization of occasional sporting events - cooperation with other cabinets and faculty media (promotion of events, etc.)
