We are canceling entrance exams. Starting in January 2026, we will be switching to SCIO tests.
From January 2026, applicants for full-time study will be admitted based on the results of SCIO tests, which will replace the current entrance exams.
Applicants for full-time bachelor's degree programs, who we have previously accepted based on entrance exams, will be accepted starting in January 2026 based on the results of SCIO agency tests. Specifically, these are either General Study Prerequisites (in Slovak) or Municipal Study Prerequisites (in Czech). We accept test results taken between December 1, 2024, and April 25, 2026.
The exception is the Digital Game Theory study program, where SCIO test results are supplemented by an admission interview.
SCIO tests assess general study aptitude and basic skills. They are standardized tests used by several universities in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
