Viktória Hudáková, a graduate of the FMK UCM, won the PR Talent award at the PROKOP 2025 competition
Viktória Hudáková, a doctoral graduate of the Faculty of Mass Media Communication at UCM in Trnava, is among the first recipients of the new PR Talent award as part of the prestigious national PROKOP 2025 competition.
The Public Relations Association of the Slovak Republic announced the results of the 16th annual PROKOP competition, which each year recognizes the best Slovak PR campaigns, projects, agencies, and individuals in the field of communications. This year also saw the introduction of a new award, the PR Talent Award, intended for professionals under the age of 30 who, early in their careers, are already bringing exceptional results, new approaches, and a positive impact on the communications landscape to the field.
Among the first recipients of the award is our alumna Viktória Hudáková, who works as a PR manager at the DIVINO agency. The award recognizes her work in the field of PR to date and also demonstrates that the experience gained during her studies can serve as a solid foundation for her future career path.
From Research to Professional Practice
During her doctoral studies at the FMK UCM, Viktória Hudáková focused primarily on the issue of media marketing and, as one of the first authors in Slovakia, on the issue of advertising literacy among young people. Her research not only attracted the attention of experts in academic circles, but the topic also resonated strongly within the Slovak media and among the professional community.
In her work at the DIVINO agency, she currently focuses on projects that require not only expertise in PR but also a keen sense of current communication trends. When working with clients, she combines traditional PR with digital tools, social media, and influencer marketing.
University Collaboration with the Professional World
This award also serves as a reminder of how important it is for students to engage with the professional world during their studies. FMK UCM in Trnava has therefore long been developing partnerships with the professional world and creating opportunities that allow students to better understand how media, marketing, advertising, and PR work outside the university classroom.
Another example is the specific collaboration within the Safari project, which aims to take students directly to the places where communication takes place on a daily basis. As part of this year’s PR Safari program, they also had the opportunity to visit the DIVINO agency, where Viktória currently works.
PROKOP Recognizes the Best PR Projects
PROKOP is one of the most prestigious Slovak awards in the field of PR. In this year’s competition, the expert jury evaluated projects in the areas of corporate communications, B2C and B2B communications, public affairs, media relations, influencer marketing, creativity, and effectiveness in PR.
We warmly congratulate Viktória Hudáková on her award and wish her many more successes like this one.
